When we started out all of the photos were included on the state pages with descriptions; with the coming of 2006, these pages took on a change in appearance.
They became more of a "blog" with more information on our activities and fewer pictures - the pages contained links to "slide shows which contained more photos.

 The Eye of the Beholder.
  It is important to remember that the appearance of a web page is a combination of what the web page designer created and the way the viewer decides to view the page. If you don't always see what you expect it may be because of the settings on your own computer, not a problem with the design.

For example, a web page designer may specify certain fonts, background colors and resolution, but the viewer's settings will always take precedence over what the designer specifies. If you don't have the specified font installed on your system, for example, the page may not look right to you.

If you don't see what you expect, check your own computer's settings, discuss them with the designer or email the webmaster.
